By taking this action, you will permanently remove all your personal information, such as your name, email address, cellphone number, and birthday, from your digiPunchCard service account with your chosen merchant.

Please be aware that this action is irreversible.

To proceed, Please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your customer app using the following link: https://api.digipunchcard.com/customer/home
   If you have already installed the app on your mobile device, simply access it.
2. Navigate to the Profile page and locate the ‘[Delete my account at __]’ link and click on it.
3. Follow the provided instructions to carry out this action.
4. If you’ve installed the app on your mobile device, you also have the option to uninstall it.
